he kabootie cushion gives me relief for rectal problems and I am very appreciative of that. It presents a few challenges though. The front edge of the cushion that support the legs cuts circulation off and my legs get numb. I am a small person and at first thought I needed a smaller cushion because the width of the cushion seemed to wide but I have learned to sit in a way that makes it work. Have you ever thought of different sizes?
All in all, the cushion brings me great relief. I have two kabooti cushions, one at home and one at the office. I may get another one for my car that can go with me everywhere.

does what it says I have a sciatic nerve ache in my lower butt area. This cushion helps to relieve the pressure when sitting at the computer at home and work.

I bought 2 of the Kabooti cushions, one for the car, one for my desk chair. It is very rigid and takes getting use to in the car, but the one for my desk chair is extremely uncomfortable. I was familiar with one of your similar products and this cover does not compare. It does not fit correctly and has a lot of slack. It will not last, but then again I have a spare one from the "other" cushion. Not a good value for the money.

This cushion was just OK... My tailbone still hurt when I sat with it. I had hoped it would provide more comfort. It seemed like the tailbone opening was too narrow, or too small, and might as well not have been there. The cushion itself is OK...it seems to help most in the car. Does not work too well with the computer chair, which is where I really need something.

I got this for my mom as a Christmas gift. She's in her early 80's and sitting for an extended time is painful for her. I found this product and she absolutely loves it. She asked if I could get another one for her when she's in the car!

I just got mine recently and quickly realized that I'll have to do some minor adjustments for it to be fully effective in my case. I have tailbone tip pain and therefore need the cutout area in the back to be wider (I'll slightly trim the sides with a box cutter). In addition, the fabric cover spans over the coccyx cutout extension, which is counter-productive in my case and hurts the tailbone tip. Therefore, I'll alter the fabric cover too. Or I might remove the cover altogether and cover the seat area only with self-adhesive fabric, which comes in various colors and patterns.

Post Hernia surgery; Sitting becomes easier for longer than a few minutes with this cushion; I highly recommend it.

I needed to find a cushion for tailbone relief. I've been using it for a week and find it too hard causing more pain to my tailbone. When I sit on it for a long period of time I have to get up slowly because I feel so much pressure on my tailbone. I don't recommend it!

I have a desk job and had injured my tailbone. By using this pillow I was able to sit comfortably while I did my work. I bought two, one for my car and one for my office. Other pillows were too soft and did not provide the support I needed for my body so I was still in pain. Well worth the money!

I believe it is too hard. Is there a softer option?

this cushion works better than the one we used previously. The zip of cover is also great.

I FOUND THE SURFACE TO THE TO BE TO HARD...I NEEDED A SOFTER SURFACE...ALSO TOO MUCH SLANT TOWARD FRONT CAUSING ME TO SLIP/SLIDE TOWARDS FRONT CAUSING PRESSURE IN FEMALE FRONT AREA! I AM DISAPPOINTED!

I was injured in a Airborne operation and broke my tailbone. The Army issued me that doughnut ring which was very uncomfortable. I saw this one and decided to buy one and try it. It relieves the pressure on my tailbone and same time, feels very comfortable. Bonus, I got a camo cover for it also. Nice

This product has been changed since the last time I purchased it. It is smaller and stiffer and unfortunately the cut out in the center (which is essential to allevaiting discomfort) has been made smaller! Bad idea!!

My son has had two of your pillows and commented that they take getting used to but that the pillows had helped his lower back pain when he is driving his truck. I ordered for a friend w/ back trouble and thought I would try one too. I was surprised at how easy it was to adjust to sitting on it after just one day. I plan to use it when we return to traveling next week to relieve back stress from driving.

I've only had this product for a week, but here's my review:
Good - it's firmer and holds shape better than other cushions I've tried.
Good - it works. I've been able to sit much longer than with any other pillow.
Good - the 18" width means it fits on a peasant-class airline seat.
Poor - it's several inches too narrow for my generously endowed posterior. I'm willing to put up with that discomfort to baby my dislocated coccyx, but I really wish it came wider than 18"

I need to return this cushion. It is more solid where I need less resistance and the center hole does not extend to the ischial tuberosity - where I need it. The product was not misrepresented, I had just hoped it would work for my particular needs - tailbone relief AND area of no - or little - resistance for the ischial area.
