Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Most of our products carry a full 30-day satisfaction guarantee. The 30 days begins from the date that you receive the product, not the date that you order or the date that we ship. Please understand that many of our products are considered “personal items". Due to health code limiting the resale of open bedding items, duvets/comforters, pillows, pillow covers, mattress pads & covers, and virtually all pillow and cushion items. For your convenience, you may return any product within the 30 days, but note, each product is subject to a 20% product disposal fee as most of our products are considered personal items, and by law are required to be destroyed and disposed of.
Teeter Inversion Tables, Posture Pump, Fitball Chairs, BodySport, Snoozer Pillows, Bedlounge, and Soft Touch Memory Foam Mattresses are shipped separately and each are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying the postage to return the item.
Contour Products requires a Return Authorization Number on all returned items. This will ensure that your return is handled properly and money is refunded in a timely manner. Your “RA” Number MUST be written clearly on the OUTSIDE of the package you are returning, or our warehouse will not accept it! Contact information can be found at the bottom of this page. Many of our products carry manufactures’ warranties, either by Contour Products or from the Manufacturer if another company. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please check your product information to see if the item that you ordered comes with a warranty. The warranty refers to manufacturing defects and failure of our products to meet certain usage requirement as defined in the product literature.
