It Appears To Be Helping My GERD
The pillow took me about a week to get used to, but since I sleep on my back, it is fine. I sleep normally now. It appears to be helping with my acid reflux issues, which is why I purchased it. I got the longer 7" one and it works for me (5'11" male).

My Lower Back Feels Better
I tried every bed from sleep number to spring mattresses to the floor to couches. I couldn't figure out how to make my lower back heal. Every bed would make my back sore or very tight in the morning. I stayed a night in a hospital with my back propped up and it didn't hurt the next day. I didn't have money for one of those adjustable beds. So I got the 36× 12 version and my lower back has been way better. My wife says I snore way less too. Bonus!
