It is uniquely designed to open on the upper end of the pillow to allow easy access to the inner cover CPAP hose tether. It's made from a premium 300 thread count 100% cotton fabric - soft and breathable to enhance the cool properties of your pillow.

Comfortable and fits well
I like the product. I read s some reviews that said it didn't fit well. I will say mine fits well, but I have taken out the middle piece of foam to fit my neck better as I have a short neck. I would think it would fit even if the foam was in there as there is plenty of extra room.

Pretty color (sage), soft enough...but
I was thrilled to receive my pillow cover for my new cpap contour pillow. However, even though this product is supposed to fit the standard 4" profile pillow, it is too small . It distorts the original shape of the pillow. For the extremely high price, for a custom fit, the cover is just not worth it. I'm glad I only bought one, as I was planning to purchase several colors. **Customer Response: Thank you for the review, but please note this pillow case is designed for the CPAPMax Pillow, not the Contour CPAP Pillow. Each pillow has a unique share and pillow cases are not interchangeable. Please contact us and we will correct you order free of charge!

Could be improved!
While the structure of this cover is complex the quality control of manufacturing needs improvement. We purchased two colors sage and tan with the tan fitting better than the sage. On the sage the inside seams were not good (I had to resew each) and the sizing was simply too small. I had to move the buttons just to fasten them. Upon washing the sage is now very tight so back to the drawing board on this pattern. It needs enlargement by at least 1" top to bottom and side seams need quality stitching.
