Much better than other leg pillows I've used
I've used a variety of leg pillows over the years, with mixed success. This one is definitely much better than the others, and my knees have definitely improved since I started using it (them, since I use one between my thighs and one between my calves). The only problem I have with them is that they do slip towards my knees a bit, and then they put pressure on my knees. That happens mostly for two reasons, which may not apply to you: 1) I move around a LOT during the night, and 2) I wear braces on my feet and lower legs for Plantar Fasciitis (a foot condition), and the lower pillow slides off the braces. If those issues don't apply to you, you'll probably give this pillow 5 stars.
