Return Policy

ContourLiving.com is pleased to provide its customers with a generous return policy. All products are covered by our 30 day return policy and select products have an extended 90 day return period.  

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be pleased with your purchase from ContourLiving.com.


We are so confident you will love your purchase that we have extended our return policy on Contour Brand Products.  We now offer a full 90 Day Comfort Guarantee on Contour Brand products and will waive all restocking and disposal fees.  Each item covered under the 90 Day Comfort Guarantee is clearly marked on the product page with a Comfort Guarantee banner.

All other products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Each product returned is subject to a 20% disposal fee, as most of our products are considered personal items and by law are required to be destroyed.

Simply request a return authorization, complete a brief survey on why you didn't like the product, and return it to us for a full refund**.  To initiate a return, please start here.

*Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer.  We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

**Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and do not extend to shipping charges originally paid.

Teeter Inversion Tables, ChiliPad, Posture Pump, Snoozer Pillows, Bedlounge, and other select products are shipped separately and each are covered by manufacturer return policies and warranties.  Please contact us if you wish to return one of these items.  This ensures that your return is shipped directly to the correct manufacturer.

Return Authorization Numbers

Contour Products requires a Return Authorization for all returned items.  This will ensure that your return is handled properly and money is refunded in a timely manner.  Your “RA” number MUST be written clearly on the OUTSIDE of the package you are returning, or our warehouse will not accept it.  Once you receive the "RA" number, please return the product within 7 days.  Contact information can be found at the bottom of this page. Exchange Requests

Due to the variety of products offered, please limit exchange requests for “like items” in another size (Example: return a 12” Folding Wedge for a 7” Folding Wedge).  If there is a balance due, we will issue a store credit to your Contour Living account.  Then you may log in and place the new order.  All exchange orders are subject to new shipping charges.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Many of our products carry manufactures’ warranties, either by Contour Products or from the Manufacturer if another company. The length of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please check your product information to see if the item that you ordered comes with a warranty. The warranty refers to manufacturing defects and failure of our products to meet certain usage requirement as defined in the product literature.

Promotion Codes

We permit the use of current promotion codes to be applied to order.  Only 1 promotion code will be applied per order.  We are unable to combine multiple discount offers.
