Return Policy For Amazon Customers

At Contour Living, we stand behind each and every purchase. With online shopping, we do understand that not every purchase is going to be what you expect, and your satisfaction is important us. All purchases made through our Amazon store carry a 30 Day satisfaction guarantee, which starts the day you receive your item, not when it was ordered. Whether it is still in its original packaging or you used it for the past two weeks, we accept both opened and unopened items.

Each product returned is subject to a 20% disposal fee, as most of our products are considered personal items and by law are required to be destroyed. 

A Return Authorization Number is required for all returned items. This will ensure your return is handled properly and your money is refunded accordingly. Your RA Number must be written on the outside of the package you are returning, or our warehouse will not accept it.

Return Instructions

1. Go to the Amazon Returns Center (link: http://www.amazon.com/returns), click on Start a Return.

2. You will then see a list of your past purchases, find the product you wish to return, and to the right click on the yellow button “Return or replace items.

3. On the following screen select to issue a refund, and click on Submit Return Request.  You will be sent your RA number once approved by the system along with our mailing address.

After you are issued your RA number your have 7-10 days to return your item back to us. Please remember to put your RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
