"It was funny when I opened the vacuumed bag and found the pillow to be flat and lifeless. I thought to myself this pillow is defected. However, you need to give it several days to expand to its fullest potential. Otherwise, the pillow is great along with the White pillow case that I ordered. I went a few weeks without the pillowcase, before purchasing. Once, the pillow expands, the quality, and craftsman’s design, the material quality is excellent. Compared this pillow to my shredded foam filler pillow that allows you to fill with more or less—I really appreciate the Contour Pillow the best. It’s worth it because I use it as a side sleeper and love the small attached pillow because I turn the pillow sideways and lay my head on the bigger one and I’m able to lean the cell phone propped up without my left hand and arm so it’s cradled in the lining of the pillow to watch videos and read the screen on my side without holding the phone. Most importantly, it has the best support to cradle your head when sleeping. Also, purchased one for my fiancé who was skeptical at first like I was and then was pleased as well. If he didn’t like it much, he would have tossed it to the side and instead he tossed his old pillow/s aside. He uses it to prop he’s head up to watch the games and uses it due to neck pain and pulsating tinnitus. Above all, it’s a great bill and the pillowcase feels safe against facial skin for those that wonder how the material might be with those that have sensitive skin. Give it a try. It’s worth it."
