On the scale of a good night’s rest to fire-breathing dragons, acid reflux can often feel like the latter. In either case, choosing milder foods, exercising more often, or sleeping on an inclined pillow can provide some much needed comfort. Medicines that are taken on a regular basis or before eating can also work to minimize acid production as it’s building in one’s stomach.
