The cushion’s unique, cradling edge design positions your hips for better posture. Shallow surface dimples combine with a breathable cover to enhance softness and allow better air ventilation. This cushion is made of highly resilient material to distribute your body’s weight more evenly, minimizing pressure points. Its anatomic shape and contoured surface comfortably fit you anywhere you go. It’s great for home use and also with wheelchairs, in the car, or on the plane.

This cushion is fantastic! The gradual slant changes my posture, and the omitted portion prevents my coccyx from ever touching the seat of a chair. No more pushing on my spinal cord! No more trips to the chiropractor! Thank you, thank you thank you:)

Given it's advertising and price, I was hoping for a better performing product than it is. I already have a cushion that I purchased elsewhere, and it works much better than the "Freedom Seat Cushion." The cushion is helpful, so I will keep it, but I was disappointed in it and only use it as a back-up to my main seat cushion.

I'm not crazy about this cushion. It is hard to find the sweet spot for comfort. I was hoping for more relief on the tail bone with the V shape in the cushion. It is possible that I haven't used in long enough.

Fractured my tail bone and ordered the cushion designed for this problem and it is great---I take it with me to my car, office, restaurants, etc and it has provided great relief.

The Freedom seat cushion does help to seat you properly and in turn is comfortable for your lower back. I purchased the packaged deal with the Freedom back cushion as well. They are good by themselves but dont work well together in a car as its just simply too much cushion and sits you up way to high and way to close and thats with the seat all the way back and all the way down. And im 5'8 165 lbs. So I cant imagine the combo usable together for anyone. So the seat cushion is in the car and the Freedom back cushion on a computer chair, both work great that way.

So my problem is a bit different than most of the reviewers - I developed a problem driving for any length of time in the back of my legs.....from the back of my knees and half-way up my thigh. Driving was so painful. So when I got this product, at first it didn't seem like it was going to help me - but then I turned it over. LOL It lifts my behind up so that there is almost zero pressure on the backs of my legs. So I am extremely grateful for this product.

I have the comfort pad. I drive truck. It did help with the pain I get at about 4hours in the seat. The thing you have to get use to is the push the center does to you to make you sit correctly. It can be uncomfortable and take time to get use to.

This is the best seat cushion I've ever used, it provides just the right support for my tailbone and is very light and portable. I have used it every day since I got it! I previously bought a much more expensive cushion that I ended up giving away--I will recommend this one to anyone who needs some seating support. I now look forward to traveling again!

I have had problems with my legs as I get older. My chair was in great shape yet the seat seemed to cut off circulation more than being of comfort. The freedom seat solved this and offers both support and comfort, plus help me maintain proper posture. Highly recommend.

What a waste of money. This cushion provides NO pain relief if the pain is in the tailbone area. In fact, it adds pressure because of the hardness of the cushion. The little cutout is good for nothing as you'd have to sit right on top of that without moving and who could do that. To make matters worse, the company provides no discounted return shipping, so shipping for the cushion (I ordered 2) is going to cost me $8 a piece. I am obviously not a happy customer and will not order from this company again.

I drive a fork lift 10 hours a day. This cushion and back support are just what I wanted. Thx

Sat for four hours straight, helps me with posture and weight distribution as I have a tendency to lean to one side. This is the first time in a long time I've sat that long without having to taking my pain Rx. I am 5'8'' 160 lbs. so if you are a person of a larger size this might not work for you.

It is very comfortable. My issue is a L5/S1 disc rupture. The core is foam. I wonder if the center was a denser foam if it would last longer. The cover is a thin synthetic material. It would never survive a washing machine. It would be nice if the strap was adjustable.

I cannot believe any one can sit on this seat pad. I tried it out over 5 days and each day was as bad as the first. I kept trying to like it, because I bought it, but each time I stood up and threw the seat pad off my office chair and sat on the office chair without the pad. I will never use it. Anyone want a unused seat pad?
Contour Living Customer (Submitted on 30th Jan 2014)
It has taken a couple of days to get used to the pad. I have arthritic hips. I use it at my office and I switch the pad off and on all day. It's working! I am much more comfortable in my office chair. I'll be purchasing another pad for home.

Previously had same product from different source but smooshed after extended use. This one is more firm but actually a bit too firm so do not find comfortable. Would like something in between for tailbone relief but not so hard on the remainder of the posterior!

My daughter has an earlier version of your seat cushion so I thought I'd give the Freedom Seat a try. It is even better than I thought it would be. It makes my uncomfortable old living room chair better than it ever was. It is amazing that something so simple can make such a difference.

The front seat in my pickup truck is problematic for my lower back. Wedge cushions completely alleviate the problem. But distressingly soon these become a problem. The cushions are typically so spongy that repeated use smooshes them so close to flat that they become useless.
The Contour product is firm. It holds its shape and thickness. It is not smoosh-able. I knew it would work as soon as I touched it. Over the years I have cumulatively paid way more for inferior cushions than I did for this one fine product. I think it just may be my last cushion purchase. I am very pleased. And very impressed. Relief that lasts. Finally!
