CPAP Max Comfort Kit
Since using this pillow, I have finally had decent nights of sleep. It is comfortable (once I removed the middle layer to make a thinner pillow), and the mask fits perfectly in the cut out sections. I find the mesh side of the pillow more comfortable than the quilted one as it seems to conform to my sleeping positions better. The pillow has a length of fabric with a Velcro strap to attach your hose to. It prevents the hose from falling over the side of the bed. I find that it has made a difference in that my mask does not get pulled down from the weight of the hose falling anymore. The pillow cover can be removed for easy washing. The pillow case fits well and does not interfere with the pillow cut outs. The mask wipes make cleaning the mask quick and easy on the days I don't have the time to do a thorough washing. I am undecided on the benefits of the quilted hose cover. It adds extra weight to the hose which adds a bit of weight/pressure to the mask. I have a heated hose so I do not think that using it will be beneficial in my case anyway. The products arrived within 7 days. Shipping included. Customer service was prompt in response to my questions regarding their products. I am greatly pleased with my purchase from Contour Living. Based on my experience, I greatly recommend the pillow, pillow case, and wipes.

Awesome pillow
When I received the pillow set I wasn't sure if it was going to work. Not a problem. I has been comfortable from day 1 although I did take out the center section of the pillow. The case fit nicely but probably would not have closed if I hadn't taken out the center. I would definitely recommend this pillow if you are a side sleeper using CPAP!

Not what I expected
I have used this pillow for 5 or 6 nights now, and each am I wake up with a stiff neck. I took the extra layer out after the first night, however I think my neck is too short for the space to fit into the hollow in center. The quality and pillow case it nice, it does not fit my head and neck correctly. Customer Service Response: I do apologize that the pillow is not working as you expected it to. As we do note the removable middle layer to create a smaller height pillow, alongside that you can take out the bottom layer of the pillow as well, which may be what you need to help with your neck for a better fit.

Pillow works wonders for CPAP user
My husband is using the CPAP pillow and after a few-day adjustment period, loves it. Since I must now use a CPAP machine, we ordered a second pillow and I have been using it until my machine comes. Again, after a few days, I find it very satisfactory and feel it will be a plus when my CPAP machine arrives. The one suggestion I have is to increase the size of the pillow case as it is difficult to button even with the middle insert taken out. It was almost impossible to close with the insert inside the pillow and I feel that the buttons might pop off.

Happy Husband!
No more leaking air to wake-up my husband! The hose cover cuts down on the noise as well. Previously the hose would make a strumming noise when it dragged against the metal bed frame. The issues other people had with the weight of the hose cover has been solved with a tether on the pillow.
