I ordered a second one for a friend, but there was no pillow case. She also said she had to leave it out a couple days to air it out as it had a chemical smell to it. I did not notice a smell, but mine came in the pillow case.

I purchased a contour pillow about 20 years ago. I loved it then and I love it now.
Tried quite a few pillows due to a bad neck. No other contour pillow is like this one. It’s great... finally sleeping well and waking up without neck ache or sweaty neck!
Unfortunately, this pillow isn’t nearly the same as the original Contour Pillow that I purchased years ago and still have. It is much less firm although the foam looks the same. I purchased it to use as a travel pillow and the size is perfect. I decided to purchase a piece of 2” foam at a craft store, cut it to the size of the pillow and slipped it into the pillowcase underneath the pillow. Now it works well for me and will still fit into my suitcase. I hope Contour Pillow comes up with a denser, firmer pillow in the future.
