Not what I was looking for
My Husband had a contour pillow that we bought a few years ago. It had more contour than this one and was more firm. He needs neck support and this doesn't support his neck at all...

Comfortable
It took some getting used to, but is working out OK. The first couple of nights left me with a crick in the neck, but has gotten more comfortable with usage. I believe it is going to be goo for my neck problem.
