Holiday Shipping Guidelines: Most packages ship via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Ground service. Our warehouse is located in Charlotte, NC and transit time is usually 2-3 business days for East Coast delivery and 5-6 Business days for West Coast. We will make every effort to ship your order quickly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times via FedEx. Some brands ship from other locations and may incur additional delivery and processing time. Rush Handling will prioritize your order from our warehouse (ships same or next business day) and can eliminate 1-2 days in total delivery time. NOTE: FedEx Home Delivery includes Saturday delivery to residential addresses and includes 12-24!

Non-Holiday Shopping Shipping Guidelines:
Take advantage of our low $4.99 flat rate shipping for orders $29.99 or less, or $6.99 for orders less than $99. All orders over $99 ship free, regardless of number of items! Applies to continental US destinations only. Hawaii and Alaska destinations have a flat rate of $14.99 and higher. Upgrade to Express Saver 3-4 day service from FedEx for $14.99 on orders less than $75 or $19.99 for orders more than $75!
Most standard products are shipped via FedEx Ground shipping. Due to the large size of some of our products (cushions, pillows, etc.), faster shipping methods are usually cost prohibitive and are not offered.
Contour Living ships most products directly from our Charlotte, NC warehouse and orders are processed and leave the warehouse usually within 3 business days. Products shipped to the continental United States are usually shipped via Fed Ex Ground shipping and can take up to 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Although most orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Foam mattresses are manufactured upon customer order usually ship within 5-7 days, and may take up to 10 days to produce. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii currently ship via USPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipments to these destinations. Oversize and weight restricted products will incur an extra shipping charge for delivery in AK, HI and certain other destinations. Customers will be contacted by our Customer Service for approval of any additional charges. In rare cases, some items may not be shipped economically due to the heavy weight and size of the product and the location of the delivery address. Many of our products are large and qualify as "oversize" packages by the shipping companies. For this reason, shipping charges can be high, especially to HI and AK.
These branded products are shipped directly from the Manufacturer and may require longer handling time: Teeter Hang Ups, Health Mark, Thermophore, Bauerfeind, Snoozer, Bed Lounge, Posture Pump, BodySport, Therabath.
At this time, Contour Living only ships to destinations within the United States and Canada. However, many of our products can be purchased via eBay for shipment to destinations worldwide - check out our eBay store. or contact Customer Service at customerserv@contourliving.com or 1-800-950-0230 x2400 to place your order.
All of our products may be purchased using Bongo Package Forwarding - Simply sign up for an account at their website and establish a US mailing address. We will ship your product promptly to that address for you. See Bongo for additional information - customer is responsible for all shipping, handling, tracking and risk factors outside of the US. This includes return shipping for any reason.
