Joe Safrit, Contour Living’s national sales manager, oversees the company’s continuing expansion into retail markets at home and overseas. He manages the Contour Living sales team’s relationships with national and regional retail chains, as well as with their online counterparts and catalog companies.

Safrit joined Contour Living in 1999 to manage its wholesale customer service and post-sales support. His extensive knowledge and experience in logistics, electronic data interchange (EDI), customer support and process management are a perfect fit for Contour Living’s hands-on approach to consumer customer relations. Safrit and his team leverage that understanding of what Contour Living’s customers want to build solid relationships with retailers around the world. Safrit’s own seamless integration of his customer service knowledge into the retail sales process has resulted in increased Contour Living sales in both domestic and international markets.

He is dedicated to growth in domestic distribution channels through successful planning and implementation.

Mr. Safrit graduated with a bachelor’s of science degree in chemistry from Appalachian State University.

Adam Kester is the newest addition to the Contour Products team, joining in January of 2008. Adam oversees and manages wholesale operations related to the mail-order catalog market, as well as, some retail and e-tailer accounts.

As a native of North Carolina, and a 2001 graduate of the College of Charleston, he brings with him years of wholesale and retail experience, and uses new and creative sales strategies to maximize sales for all his customers.

In addition, prior to joining the Contour Living team, Adam comes from a furniture industry background, and can assist with all his customer’s questions and needs.
