No different than a small pillow between your legs. A pillow would probably stay in place better. As for the "free" pillow cover--- just another gimmick. They just sell you another cover with "free shipping". If they really wanted to give you a free cover, why didn't they just include it with the pillow???

Pillow not as comfortable as I expected. I have always used pillow between my legs and I find this one does not raise my upper leg high enough. So for me not the right fit. And as for the free cover thats a joke. Like all the other customers comments "False Advertising". I decided to click on the free offer and as usual Not True.

I have only used product for about a week and still wake with pain during the night to reposition myself and the pillow. And as far as the "free! Second Cover Mail-in Offer Inside" costing $3.99 S&H, is deceptive. That is same way I feel about Rebates.
