"I have been using this pillow for years in fact this is my 3rd CPAPMAX CPAP BED PILLOW 2. 0. I love the softness of it and it helps me sleep better as I'm a side sleeper. I love that I can wash cover and I keep a dustmite cover over original cover which also help protect mfg cover. I highly recommend this cover. I don't use he cooling side so can't comment on that. Great pillow overall."

"When I received the pillow and felt how firm it is, I doubted that I could sleep on it. Surprisingly I sleep well on it plus it cured my chronic neck pain! The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because I cannot make my mask fit into the cut outs. This is my structural issue, not any defect of the pillow. Nevertheless, I sleep in the middle of the pillow and my CPAP mask does not dislodge. This is a good product."
