Additional Cushion Features:

  • Coccyx cutout extends from back of cushion all the way to the center oval cutout.   This provides complete comfort for sore areas and also helps improve airflow so user is cool and comfortable
  • Wedge shaped cushion features tapered design - thicker in back and narrower in front.  This allows complete support where you need it (tailbone, buttocks) and less support under thighs.  Especially helpful when driving or sitting at a desk.  This design also helps circulation under thighs.

I wouldn't use this cushion at all. I tried it on an airplane and it threw my hip alignment off and made the tailbone pain worse. I wasted money on this product.

I chipped my tail bone a couple of years ago and teh pain had recently come back in a big way. I sit at a desk at a computer for 8 hours a day for work and by the 2nd hour I was in massive pain. I bought this pillow and by the 2nd day my pain was completely gone. I highly recommend this pillow for tailbone pain.

This pillow is awesome! I have tailbone pain and have bought several different pillows and they were all very uncomfortable. My legs do not go to sleep using this. I like it so well that I just ordered a second one, so I could leave one at work and have one for home.

Not only did I not get the 1st product shipped to me but when I did finally get this it has NOT helped any of the pain I was having in my tailbone. Total waste of $30 :-(

The Seat Solutions cushion is okay -I liked it until I got a better cushion. I highly recommend The Kabooti instead. I waited 6 months to post a review so I could speak on how the 2 cushions differ and how they held up since they are currently being used side by side at work...I almost don't want to post this in case it ends up driving up the price for the Kabooti since I need to buy at least 3 more, another for me, 2 for my parents, but I'm hoping this review will help you find the comfort I've found! The Kabooti cushion has really helped me stay comfortable in my chair at work. I have a lot of conditions that cause pain and inflammation, and this is BY FAR the BEST seat cushion I've tried. It is made of a dense but soft foam that is high quality and firm. It also stays in my seat better so I'm not constantly adjusting it like my old cushion. My parents gave me a Seat Solutions cushion, which people at my work would mistake for a hemorrhoid cushion because it had a hole in it. The Kabooti doesn't look like it has a hole in it due to the thin, soft, and washable cover over it. You have to wash the whole Seat Solutions cushion and it takes forever to dry-I gave it to my coworker when she was suffering from a tailbone surgery, and while she loves the cushion I gave her, she has sat on my Kabooti and said it is much better. The other difference is that I didn't mind giving her my old cushion because the Seat Solutions cushion was starting to buckle after one year of use, and I am not a large person at all. (145 lbs. 5'5") The Kabooti looks just like the day I bought it after 6 months of use almost everyday. I bought this from the Back&Comfort Store (right now I see Contour Living has it for $29.99) extremely nice people. I paid $35.50 and it was worth every penny! Get the Kabooti and you won't regret shelling out the $30.

I have severe tailbone pain, I even get regular steroid shots for the pain. I have been sitting on a travel neck pillow for the past 6 months with no relief whatsoever. I ran across an add for this pillow online and decided to give it a try. THANK GOODNESS I did...what a lifesaver!! I can actually sit and stand directly up without any coccyx pain at all. Thank you so much Contour Living for making this little thing. I am planning on purchasing one for the car and home along with this one I am using at work!

Got pillow for husband recovering from back surgery. Best we have found yet. Foam is good quality and doesnt compress, moulded shape works very well to relieve pressure, and cover is very flexible and discrete.
