The feedom Seat is a great cushion. Shipper and product are excellent. This cushion is different from other cushions; in that the bottom or base holds your hips & butt cheeks together. If you experience low back pain and or hip pain near the tail bone, you understand where I am coming from. A second backup cushion was ordered when I order my second belt. To the other reviews on these products I read, thanks for your help.

This really is a nice cushion. Unlike other seat cushions - this one helps me "sit better" - rather it helps me not slouch and use correct posture. Very helpful, since I sit all day. If you are looking for a cushy type foam cushion - this isn't it. I agree with some of the other reviews, it's not that soft and comfy, but it really does seem to help me feel better at the end of the day.

I purchased this after the painful surgery from getting a pilonial cyst removed. I was miserable and could find no comfort and considering I had a desk job which also included a lot of driving, I knew I had to purchase some sort of a cushion. I highly recommend this cushion!! I purchased this cushion 4 months ago and I literally use it EVERY DAY! It stays in my car and on my way into work, I grab my cup of coffee, lunch, and my cushion. It's angled in the back so it takes the pressure off of your tailbone. The only complaint (which is understandable) is that it is now getting a little flat, but still maintains it's shape. But what's to expect out of something you use everyday, right?! Very good product! Has made living with this awful condition much more comfortable and I couldn't imagine not having it!

I have Levator Ani Syndrome and I experience referred pain in the tailbone area and have severe rectal pain. I purchased this cushion for obvious reasons. This cushion is neither dense nor thick enough to relieve my pain. The Contour Freedom Seat works great. I bought this a few months ago to use in my vehicle when I drive long distances and it works as advertised. I have a problem with my coccyx or "tail bone" which is minor unless I'm forced to sit for long periods of time (like driving). Normal pillows or cushions just don't work very well, but this works great. If you need it, buy it.

I have a broken tail bone and for the last 3 years have been just dealing with the pain. I have one of these now, but am going to get another two, so that I can have one for the car, one for home, and one for work. A huge help for anyone with a Coccyx issue. I couldn't be happier. If you use a "donut" pillow seat, throw it away and get this.

I purchased this product because I bruised my tailbone and my doctor instructed me to cushion the area so it could heal. After 4 weeks of using the Freedom Seat Cushion Pad I think that it's "Zero Pressure Tailbone Cutout" claims are extremely overstated. This cushion did nothing to reduce my tailbone/coccyx pain, in fact, it actually made it worse. The cutout is so small that it takes a lot of readjusting to sit in the correct position. Furthermore, the "high-density foam" is not dense enough to raise my tailbone above my chair. There is the possibility that my weight may have been a factor in my dissatisfaction with this product. I need to lose 40 pounds (on average 1 in 4 Americans need to lose a significant amount of weight). If this product had come with a suggested weight limit I would not have bought it. Perhaps the advertising should state "6 Ways to Comfort" because I believe that it could be very useful for reducing pressure points and correcting posture.
