I am sure that it is good for those that sleep on their side but it wasn't good for me as I have to sleep on my back with a wedge pillow for my acid reflux disease. It was worth trying it out tho, just didn't work for me.

My husband bought it as a present. I use a pillow between my legs because I cannot have my knees touching. This product is good, but for me it needs to be slightly thicker.

Very good quality, although I wish it was slightly more firm. The memory foam collapses down to the point that there is not much separation provided by the center portion between the legs. The second cover came within just a few days of being ordered.

This pillow was terrible. I used it for a week. It made my back hurt even worse. There is not enough support to keep your legs evenly apart. I let my dog rip it up and then I threw away the pieces.
