I am using the first back support cushion while the replacement is in transit. The first one arrived with a defective battery "box" rendering the massage feature useless. I have severe and multiple back problems and hoped this cushion would help me, especially when I am using the computer. Not only does it not help me and actually aggravates my condition. If it weren't for the 20% re-stocking fee and return postage I would send it back. Those costs, however, do not make that a satisfactory solution so I will be throwing both cushions away as soon as the second arrives. I will not be purchasing any other products from this company. ***Contour Living Response*** We are sincerely sorry you are not happy with your purchase. Most users are very satisfied with our Back cushion, and defects are rare. We do strive to take care of all customer issues ASAP (hope we did with your replacement). Please consider donating the cushion to charity, they might love to have it.

This is an excellent back pad - it's about 30 inches long and covers the entire back of my chair. The entire pad supports my back in just the areas I need.
