I bought this in 2008 for neck support. I am short and the recliner head pillow is too tall to support my neck. I wrap it around my neck and can sleep without a neckache. I have used it now recuperating from three surgeries. Definitely worth the price.

I used to get headaches and neck strain on a regular basis. Now I wrap this pillow around my neck when I sleep and I wake up feeling great! i only bought this pillow because it was inexpensive, my u shaped pillow was getting old and I was purchasing another item. But this was the BEST thing I could have invested in. Now I don't need the other product.

This product is great. I take it everywhere with me. I have several bulging disks in my neck plus fibromyalgia and this pillow gives the perfect support no matter if I am laying down reading, in the car, or watching TV on the sofa. If you have cronic pain in you neck and shoulders, I highly recommend this pillow.

I ordered a navy twist which has a terry cover. It works pretty good, however it is hot and the first time I used it the cover split partially open on one of the seams. Don't bother with the free slippers, they are very thin and a huge size.
