Enjoy a cool and flexible back support cushion anywhere you sit. It's design tapers at the center, allowing the cushion to flex with your body for a completely conforming fit. The beveled edges on the reverse side of the cushion are shaped to fit most car seats. The LumBuddy is made from a highly resilient, ventilated foam to allow full air circulation, minimizing heat buildup against your back.
The Lumbuddy with small straps fits around narrow and smaller task and office chairs, or sits comfortably in any seat back without securing with the attached straps. The strap extension offers velcro straps which quickly convert for use on larger computer and office chairs and most auto seats.
The dual fabric cover features cool mesh material that creates a layer of air between your back and the cushion for extra breathability. Its versatile straps help minimize the back support cushion slipping by allowing three different configurations to keep the LumBuddy back support cushion to be securely positioned in any seat. The cover also unzips for easy washing as well.

It is comfortable. My issue is a L5/S1 disc rupture. But frequently I need a pillow between the chair and the Back Support in order to sit properly. Maybe the next model could have an inflatible bladder that would allow you adjust the width in a chair. Also the straps are worthless. You would think the design team would have noticed and tested them. The are too short for my kitchen chairs and the extentions just hang down. In my executive chair even with the extensions they are too short. (Hint: I might need another package of extensions). The next version should have adjustable straps like a dog collar/bra strap, etc (and I'm not even in product design. ) There is no where to store the strap extensions when not in use. I would have created a pocket in the back support to store them. The synthetic cover is thin and I doubt it would survive a washing.
