I have been searching for something to help me with sleep apnea and I have tried many so called remedies without success. The other day I googled sleep wedges, that claim to help people with GERD, CHF and sleep issues and there I discovered your wedge pillows! I ordered the 12 in wedge and from the time it arrived, I went from sleeping on 3-4 pillows to the wedge and have slept well and awakened feeling refreshed! Highly recommend!!

I ended up getting really sick after Christmas. It started out as the flu but turned into some sort of respiratory illness. I was dealing with only 20 minutes of sleep at a time and found myself to be a couch potatoes, which because of the coughing, back ache and sinus issues I was in complete misery. I ended up pulling out the 7 inch folding wedge and it was exactly what I needed. I pulled out the wedge put it on the couch, and finally was able to lay without the aches and pains. I was then able to get some quality rest!

The concept of the wedge is very good, however, the foam is very firm/hard and I have a backache from laying on it. My shoulders feel like they go numb. I am going to try to add softer foam to it and if that is not successful I am going to return this product. Sorry.
Customer Service Response:
Our apologies, there is normally a 3 day break in period for the folding wedge. However, we do sell a Flip Pillow, which is a wedge cushion, made with a fiber fill opposed to the foam, that may be more suitable for you.

I have reflux and my husband has congestive heart failure and this pillow works great to keep our body elevated. Like the non-slip pillow cover too. We use a regular pillow on top of the wedge so it doesn't seem so firm. also likes that it folds if we want to take it with us when we travel.

At first the issue was the unpleasant smell emanating from the pillow. That seems to have dissipated after the first few days, but I still can't seem to get comfortable enough to sleep on it. I am a side sleeper and the pillow is only comfortable when on my back.
So, disappointed and fifty bucks poorer, I'm back in the recliner every night.
Customer Service Response: Unfortunately, because of your own bodys natural alignment, the folding wedge is not made to be used on your side as it would cause strain. I would check out our Contour Flip Pillow, as that may help a little more as it would allow you to sleep on your side opposed to the foam wedge.

The folding bed wedge is very comfortable and helps control my GERD. Recommended.

Poorly designed, poor quality, uncomfortable to use all night.
Cannot sleep on your side with it. Too hard
*Customer Service Response:
Due to it being made out of a firm supportive poly foam, there is a break in period of usually 2-3 nights. However, being a side sleeper myself, I can see how it would be uncomfortable to sleep on the wedge itself because of its firmness. If you are looking for a wedge, that is less firm I would suggest taking a look at our Contour Flip pillow, which is constructed from a fiber fill (standard bed pillow fill) which is a lot more comfortable to sleep with, no matter what position you may sleep with it in.

I let it air out for a week and just started using it 2 days now. I use it with a small
curved out neck pillow. I am pleased with the product and would recommend for
anyone who needs elevation for varied

In the past several years, my wife and I have managed to spend very few full nights together on account of her being a light sleeper and my snoring. With the wedge cushion, we are able to stay together all night most nights (this based on about 2 weeks of experience).
While I like this product better than other wedges I have tried, which were pillows only, I still sleep more comfortably using a regular pillow. All the same, I will continue to use the wedge, as it greatly reduces snoring and should help with my occasional acid reflux.
