When Will My Order Ship?

Normally, we ship out orders same or next business day. Please note, drop shipped orders (products coming out of a different warehouse other than our Charlotte warehouse, do not follow the same time frame).

What Carrier Do You Use?

We use both FedEx and USPS to mail orders. Depending on order size and weight we ship using each on accordingly.

How Do I Update The Items In My Cart?

To update items in your shopping cart, simply select the drop down in the 'QTY' column of the cart for your product, and you can select the number you wish to purchase from there.

Can I return my item(s) if i dont like it?

We do have a 30 day return policy on all orders placed through our website, which starts the day you receive your item.However, for any Comfort Guaranteed products (which is identifiable my the blue seal on the products page), that includes an Extended Return period, allowing you to keep it up to 90 days.

Can I bill to one address and ship to another?

Absolutely. On the next screen (Billing Page), it will ask you if you would like to bill and ship to the same address. All you need to do is uncheck that box, and the next page will ask you for your shipping address.
