Foam and Memory Foam Bed Pillows

Foam based pillows provide many benefits and are well suited to back and side sleepers.  One the key benefits of all foam types is the ability to mold or cut into very specific shapes to provide orthopedic designs, often providing specialized support for the head and neck.  Since foam retains it's shape, the support is continuous.  Shaping also allows contoured surfaces, like egg-crate or similar designs, which provide air flow, cooling properties and more comfortable layers.  Bed pillows made from latex foams are poured or cut and provide good, sponge like support.  Different qualities enable a range of support - from firm to feather like.  Memory foam pillows are also poured or cut, but conform to contours of your head and neck better, providing very customized support.  Memory foam also reduces pressure points and provides a very luxurious, comfortable feel.
